Rick is a proud US veteran!

Rick Brown and the Lonestar Bootleggers is a country band formed in 2019 hailing from Longview, Texas.  The Rick Brown Band has had the pleasure of playing some widely respected venues around the state of Texas such as the legendary Reo Palm Isle, where Elvis, Merle Haggard, George Jones, Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings and Johnny Cash have played. I’ve had the pleasure of taking the stage at Rodeo Exchange in Fort Worth, Texas. Some other notable venues the band calls home are Lone Star Ice House in Longview, Texas and the Swingin' Doors in Terrell, Texas. The band has had the honor of being booked on two occasions to play to thousands of people at the Crater Rally in Texas. Bringing it back to Rick Brown's earlier career, he was invited to sing for the troops stationed Guam, as well as U.S. troops stationed in Bremerton, Washington.

Coming into 2024 and pulling no punches, Rick Brown and the Lonestar Bootleggers plan on entering the studio late this year to work with producers for their upcoming music releases. You can view and listen to Rick Brown and the Lonestar Bootleggers on most major platforms
